CK Family Services has adopted the slogan Stronger After for moving forward through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. In keeping with the spirit of that message and in response to feedback received from our employees, clients, foster and adoptive parents we are excited to share the following strategic goal.
CK Family Services will reduce our dependence on traditional physical office locations and will transform our teams into a more efficient and effective mobile workforce.
It will take some time to fully accomplish this goal. We want to be thoughtful and strategic in all of our actions; however, you will begin seeing signs that we are executing the plan starting this year with the closure of our Dallas office location on September 1st. We strongly believe the reallocation of these resources into other areas of our organization will allow us to continue to meet the needs of the community and fulfill our mission.
