CK Family Services has been named one of the first Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) Centers of Excellence by Superior HealthPlan, recognizing the organization’s commitment to providing high-quality behavioral health services for children and families across Texas.
The designation is part of a new initiative launched by Superior HealthPlan to recognize multi-specialty providers that consistently demonstrate excellence in clinical quality, compliance, trauma-informed care, and coordinated behavioral health support. Out of 15 applicants statewide, CK Family Services was selected as one of only three organizations to receive the inaugural designation.
Recognition for High-Quality Behavioral Health Services
CK Family Services’ Children’s Mental and Behavioral Health (CMBH) program provides Mental Health Rehabilitation and Targeted Case Management services for children and families experiencing complex behavioral health challenges. Through these services, qualified mental health professionals work directly with children and caregivers in home, school, community, and telehealth settings to strengthen life skills, emotional regulation, family stability, and overall well-being.
Targeted Case Management services also help connect families with medical, behavioral health, educational, and community resources to ensure children receive coordinated care tailored to their unique needs. Services are offered throughout North and Central Texas, with a primary focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

According to Superior HealthPlan, the Centers of Excellence initiative is designed to strengthen behavioral health networks and improve access to coordinated care for children and youth with complex mental and behavioral health needs who are covered by Medicaid.
