For decades, Campo Verde Restaurant has been an Arlington landmark offering a joyful, one-of-a-kind Tex-Mex experience. Known for its famous year-round Christmas lights, festive décor, and beloved Tex-Mex dishes, Campo Verde has woven itself into the story of North Texas.
As the news was released that Campo Verde will close its doors permanently on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025, the restaurant has chosen to spend its final months doing good. Continuing its long-held legacy of generosity and community support, Campo Verde will offer a December support drive benefiting CK Family Services. Throughout the month, table tents displayed in the restaurant will give patrons the opportunity to learn about our mission and support children and families across North Texas.
We are grateful for this opportunity and for Campo Verde’s desire to make a difference as they celebrate their final holiday season.
As the doors close for the final time late this month, it will mark the end of an era for Arlington and the thousands of families who made holiday visits a tradition. We join the community in honoring the memories, laughter, and warmth this restaurant brought to generations.
