We were the first child placing agency in Texas to offer Targeted “Wraparound” Case Management and Mental Health Rehabilitation services to children in foster care. Being first meant we had to blaze the trail and we did, because ensuring our children’s mental and behavioral health needs are met is critical to the success of foster parents who open their hearts and their homes to foster care.
