Twice a year, the CK Family Services team comes together for our Synergy Event—a time to reflect, reconnect, and recharge. This much-anticipated gathering brings employees from all departments together to celebrate the incredible impact of our work and strengthen the bonds that make us a unified team.
The day is packed with activities designed to inspire and engage. From team-building games and a friendly paper airplane contest to an exciting scavenger hunt, there’s no shortage of laughter and camaraderie. It’s also a great opportunity to meet new faces and deepen relationships across the organization.
One of the most meaningful moments of Synergy is the chance to share stories of the lives touched by our collective efforts. Hearing firsthand accounts of the impact we’ve made reminds us all of the importance of the work we do every day.
