Eligibility requirements

• Must be at least 3 years old.
• Must be enrolled in and actively covered through Texas Medicaid (see list of accepted Medicaid plans below).
• Must reside in our services area (see Services Area below).
• Must have a qualifying mental health diagnosis and participate in an initial assessment.
