During the Resilience training, attendees will learn the various definitions of resilience and the factors that impact resilience.  Attendees will also learn the meaning behind the Human Adaptive Process and how threats to this process impact traumatized individuals.  The training will also focus on steps and ways to promote resilience along with 12 steps of successful survivors.
