Class Description:  This class is perfect for adults seeking information on how to foster or adopt children in the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Foster Care System.  Presentation and discussion topics will include:  an overview of the Texas Foster Care System, Statewide and CK specific foster parent license requirements, the need for parents to foster and adopt children, and why you should choose CK Family Services as your foster care or adoption services agency.

Our trainers will introduce you to CK Family Services including a presentation of our history and the services available through our agency.  We want to provide a snapshot of what fostering and/or adopting looks like and what it means to be a CK Foster and/or Adoptive Family.

Come join us as we take a look at the importance of caring for children in the State of Texas and opening our homes to the children who need us.
