CKBH is Providing Behavioral Health Services via Secure Video Call Technology to Support and Protect Our Community
CK Behavioral Health, a program of CK Family Services, has equipped our Community Support Specialists with secure video calling technology to provide behavioral health services, including Skills Training and Wraparound, to new and existing clients across the State of Texas.

We believe that social distancing is an important tool in reducing the rate of transmission of the Coronavirus COVID-19 disease. We are committed to protecting the safety and wellbeing of our clients, our employees, and our community.
Embracing this new method for service delivery will ensure uninterrupted and ongoing treatment for our current clients and creates the opportunity for children, youth and families who do not live within our current physical service areas to obtain these stabilizing supports.
In these stressful times, we are seeing an increase in the need for in-home support to sustain family and placement stability. This technology equips our staff with the ability to provide that badly needed in-home service in a way that respects governmental regulations for social distancing and protects familial wellbeing.
This includes supporting the behavioral health needs of children, youth, and caregivers (biological, foster, and kinship) for whom we already have open cases; and, for new/additional children, youth and caregivers as the community need increases.
Social distancing should not mean social isolation; know that you can continue making referrals to CKBH and we will continue to be innovative in our approach to meeting your needs. Participating in our video call services is simple using your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer (device must be equipped with a microphone, camera, and speaker for two-way communication).
As a reminder, most children and youth (and their caregivers) who are 3 years of age and older and who are covered by Texas STAR Health or Texas STAR Medicaid and who have mental health needs will qualify.
